How Does This Work?

How Does The Application Process Work?

We have outlined our application process to help you better understand it. We pre-qualify all prospective tenants to insure they will be accepted and can afford the unit they are interested in. Our application process is very quick, in most cases within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your application and the required items listed below.

1. GET AN AVAILABLE PROPERTY LIST.

You may obtain an Available Property List online at
www.gotrent.net, by fax, mail, or at our office. You will find pictures of many of the properties on the list. We update this list every Monday at 10am.

2. PICK OUT SOME PROPERTIES THAT INTEREST YOU
Drive by the property to check out the property, neighborhood, shopping, schools, ect.

3. FILL OUT AN APPLICATION
You may obtain an application online at
www.gotrent.net, by fax, mail or at our office. Your application must be fully completed and signed by all applicants. You must submit the application fee of $35.00 per applicant with application. You may pay application fee by cash, credit card, or money order. You must submit current paystubs and or award letters proving income with application.  We will need a color copy of your driver's license or state issued ID and your social security card. DO NOT FAX ID OR SS CARD.  We will make a color copy in our office for you.

4. GET APPROVED
You will be approved or denied within 48 hours of submitting all required documentation. Once approved you can schedule to view inside properties you qualify for.

5. PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT
Once you’re approved for a property and sure you want it the only way to hold that property is to put down a deposit on that property. This deposit is only refundable if we cannot deliver that property to you for some reason. The security deposit is usually equal to one month’s rent (though actual amounts vary according to the individual application), but must be at least $500.00 to hold a property.
